Philip Blackburn
Philip Blackburn is a composer, builder of sound-sculptures,
performer, and writer on such topics as Harry Partch, Vietnamese music,
and the use of sound in public art. A native of Cambridge, England, he
has been the Senior Program Director for the American Composers Forum
since 1991 and runs the Innova record label; he also produces three
weekly iTunes podcasts. He received a Bush Fellowship in 2003.
